1. How much does each SIM card cost?
Each SIM card costs R2.
2. Will I still receive free stock?
Yes, you will still receive free stock based on your quality activations. The more you activate, the more free SIMs you earn.
3. How will I receive my SIM card order and free stock?
Your sales manager will deliver your order along with any free stock you've qualified for.
4. Can I buy stock more than once a month? No, you can only buy stock once a month, so be sure to plan your order based on your expected sales and activations.
5. Am I limited to a specific network?
No, you can buy any network depending on your activations. You’ll also be able to add more stock based on your activation performance, subject to availability.
6. How do I pay for my stock?
The cost of the stock will be deducted from the current balance in your account if you have one, from a deposit you made or from the next monthly payment. If there are insufficient funds, you will not be able to purchase stock until the prior stock purchases have been paid for. There will be a separate invoice on the App for your free and purchased stock, so you can easily track where you are.
Important Notice:
To ensure fair and responsible distribution of SIM stock, we kindly ask that you use your stock as intended. Please avoid the following:
● Not activating SIMs for extended periods
● Stockpilling or misplacing stock
● Distributing SIMs without activating them
Customers who consistently show irregular stock usage may be excluded from receiving free stock or future purchases. We may review stock activity to help maintain fairness for all. - As a RICA agent you are responsible for the SIM
activations that you perform.
-I agree to validate a mobile phone subscribers details
against their proof of identification (South African ID
book or passport) ensuring that the subscriber
resembles the photograph within.
-l agree to verify a subscribers address by inspecting
a bank statement, municipal rates and taxes invoice,
telephone or cellular phone account not older than 3
months, or any other utility bill or an account of a
retailer not older than 3 months, or an existing lease,
rental or credit sale agreement, insurance policy, a
current TV licence or a new motor vehicle licence
document.
-I undertake to capture a mobile phone subscriber's
RICA particulars as accurately as possible.
-I undertake to prevent fraudulent submission of false
registration information which may result in a RICA
registration failure and failed subscriber activation.
-I agree to attend to the registration of a mobile phone
subscriber in accordance with the requirements of the
RICA act, and I understand that this requirement may
change from time to time.

Enter your mobile number, surname, date of birth or your ID/Passport number.
This information must match your registered information.
On completion a new password will be reset on your
account and sent to you via SMS.
If this procedure is not executed correctly your account
will be locked and you will need to contact support.
When you enter your TSPC RICA app password incorrectly 3 times, the app blocks you automatically. You will need to contact our Customer Care centre
