There is no need to panic, we have made an important update to the app to make sure you're not locked out.
You can now reset your password in three easy steps.
Open your TSPC app and wait for the login page to load.
Navigate to the "forgot login" button and click it.
Please read through the instructions carefully and follow the prompts.
Please note the following information will be required in order to reset your password:
Your mobile number
Your surname
Your date of birth
OR
The last 4 numbers Your ID / Passport number
You will be required to choose a new password and confirmation for the new password.
(Please note, you cannot use your old password on this step)
